Front Squat 110 x 5, 3, 3 That's a PR for me to get 5 reps on 110...I've gotten 4 before. Then the next two sets I was just losing form all over the place. I was at Urban Active, and that place is so sucky to squat at...the mirror is so jenky. It's hard to find a good focal point for front squat, I think.
Pull-ups also done at Urban, on soft, rubbery, nice pull-up handle thingers, not an actual bar. 4, 4, 3 reps. PR as my previous max was 3,3,3. I can't breathe ever and that's the biggest problem.
