235 is 5 lbs short of my PR, so this was a good day.
Snatch 75% x 1 x 5 75% of 185 = approx 140, but things were feeling pretty solid, so I used 155 125-1 135-1 145-1 155 x 1 x 5 (EMOM)
Later, after TSC, I worked on pistols for a little while since that's TSC's skill work on Thursday. I haven't done them for a while, and I should definitely work on them more regularly. Doing them with a 10# weight is still easier than non-weighted, and I think this is mostly due to calf-flexibility. Stuff to work on.
