I ran the same exact course as last time. Last time I ran it was 3/31/10 and my distance was 2.21 miles. Pace was over 9 min per mile. Today I covered 2.28 miles pace of 8:46 min per mile so yay! In any case, it's a CF rest day so I'm all done working out for the day! WOOT!
Doubled up today (included Wednesday's lifting and metcon).
Back Squat 5 x 3 295-3 295-3 295-3 295-3 295-3
1.5 hours later (after TSC):
Push Press 5 x 3 185-3 185-3 185-3 185-3 185-3
Snatch Deadlift 107% x 3 x 5 107% of 165 = approx. 180# 180-3 180-3 180-3 180-3 180-3
No other lift gets me as close to blacking out as snatch deadlift does. This seems a bit weird since the weights are pretty light and it's not very difficult. Then again, I'm usually working pretty hard at keeping my back as straight as possible (to laughable amounts of success), so everything is very tight until I relax at the end - perhaps that's it.
Then over to Urban for the row.
Row 2k 6:55.5 Used setting #6.
3 x 15 V-ups
It turns out these weren't for time, which kind of makes sense. They are good for developing balance, something which I evidently possess in tiny amounts.
