Afterwards, I thought to myself: "Self, that may be the first workout you've done in the State of Louisiana that you can be proud of."

After recording in my notebook, I looked back at the previous time and discovered that: NO....actually 5 minutes slower.

I think I need a "Phil" to tear through the workout in front of me and shame me into trying to keep up.
