This is the most I've ever done a 5 x 5 at. My PR is 115 x 2 or 110 x 4 reps so...t'was a nice lifting set for me.

I believe my times for the metcon were:
1- 1:47
2 - 1:51
3 - 1:47
4 - 1:43

Dutch didn't call for the good mornings, but I have this idea in my head that they're good for stretching my hamstrings, so . . .

I think I mostly got faster at the lunges, but I might have gotten slightly more efficient with the pull-ups. Either way, getting faster is nice, but it shouldn't happen each round - I think it implies some level of slacker-ness in the early rounds.

Doing only 10 burpees at a time is sweet. It makes me feel like Phil W. Or maybe Seth - I haven't seen Seth do burpees, but I bet it's fast.

Rode 30 miles after work. Took 1:55 (one hour, 55 minutes).

You know that the pullup bar at your gym is too low when you skin your knees trying to kip.
