Did "Nutts" from mainsite. FT: 10 HSPU, 15 250# Deadlift, 25 box jump (30"), 50 Pull-ups, 100 wallballs (20#), 200 double unders, Run 400m with 45# plate.
Time: 20:22.
HSPU, Deadlifts, and Box Jumps all unbroken. Pulls were broken up, but decently fast. Wall balls slowed me down, but were okay. I started the double-unders at about 11min, finished at just under 18! They were murder! Did the 400m with plate in about 2min. It was horrible. I was on such a good pace, but just ran out of steam on the doubles. All-in-all it was a good WOD. (HSPU were "strict" - head to floor on all.)
