8 rounds of :20 on, :10 rest with rest being done in the "bottom" of the squat

CFE Bike
4 x 2 miles holding best possible pace.  Do not slow more than 5 seconds.  2:00 recoveries.

I didn't know that my nifty bike odometer/timer STOPS when I stop my bike sooooo...I guessed at the rest times. Tried to go a LEETTLE before I felt ready.

Also, as with many CFE WODs, I didn't have my best times first, which to me indicates maybe I should do a better job warming up.
