Swim Covered 1941 yards in 35 minutes, which works out to be 1:48/100yards. My goal is to swim 1:45/100yards pace for 1 mile...so I MIGHT HAVE DONE THAT! Woot!
Clean and Jerk 33 53 63 73 83 - 2 reps 93 - 2 cleans, 1 jerk Stopped even though I WANTED to do another one because I saw my PR was 105 x 1 for cleans...buuuut...my back was getting iffy sooooo...I stopped.
Clean and Jerk 85% x 1 x 4 85% of 190 = approx. 165 165-1 165-1 165-1 165-1
This is kind of messed up, but it's what I have to work with right now. 190 is far below my max clean, but right now, due to some shoulder stuff, it's my max jerk. Today, the cleans were not an issue (at least from an effort perspective), but the jerks weren't too great.
On the positive side of things, 95# hurt too bad this past Saturday to even bother with jerking, so perhaps things are improving.

Stuck with butterfly pull-ups. It would have been slightly faster if I let myself go to a gymnastic kip when I lost the butterfly kip, but I wanted to work on the butterfly. The sets of 20 and 5 were continuous, and the sets of 15 and 10 were broken up into 2 sets each.
