Double unders are faster. I actually feel like I can settle into a groove and do a bunch in a row.

Situps are painfully slow. Must be the Cajun gut I'm developing.

Just snatched since I was getting ready to leave town and was in a major hurry.

I was dead tired, and the weights started feeling heavy at about 115#, so I was very surprised - and excited - about this PR (especially after the miss at 155).

I did the metcon on Saturday at Rice Lake.
