I had intended to do 5 x 1, all of them at 150#, but that didn't work out so well. After I went back to 140 and worked my way back up to 150 much more gradually, the 1 rep at 150 was fine (well, perhaps not from a technique perspective, but it wasn't overly difficult). However, at this point, I didn't have time to do 4 more reps.
I should be able to handle a 15# jump from 135# to 150#, but it didn't happen today.

This isn't an overall PR for Helen, but I think it ties a PR at CHS (outside anyway - inside is definitely faster), so that's good, especially since that PR was set when I was about 30# lighter. Everything was continuous, although I lost my butterfly rhythm on my last 5-6 pull-ups and reverted to regular kips.
I like the challenge of the 400m at CHS, but it would be fun to do this one at 114th and Fort sometime - nice and flat, and it's actually 400m. Good for PRs.

Last time I was 34 seconds faster. I'm trying not to be pissed.
