First time doing any significant clean and jerks since the wrist injury (mostly better), so I kept it fairly light. No particular reason for doing 2 reps on each of the first 2 work sets - just felt like it. The jerk needs work, and the clean needs better extension.

Ring HSPUs would not have a been an option at this point in my skill/strength development (a future video will demonstrate this in no uncertain terms). I did HSPUs on 3 metal 10# plates. They were all unbroken, so it might be time to go down from there.

Workout was jog to corner of a big hill, then:
Run up hill as fast as I can (averaged about 1:50) then gasp at top of hill, then jog down. Rest 1:00 at bottom of hill. Repeat for total of 4 trips up the hill.

I was pressed for time, so I didn't finish my 5th one. Strangely, I actually wanted to.
