Warm up sets, then:
3 reps 70% max (50#)
3 reps 80% max (60%)
max reps 90% (65#) - 7 reps

Then this metcon:
5 rounds for time of:
3 Deadlifts (70% 1RM) - 140#
Run 200m
15 Burpees
14:12

Wrapped up my wrist like crazy (the new wraps work pretty well) and gave it a try. I think no more damage was done, but we'll see tomorrow.
