I mis-figured the weights so I lifted more than I was thinking I was. Okay. =) Also, I didn't have my lifting shoes and I missed them.
Then I did Tabata Push-ups. Lowest number of reps was 6. I tried to avoid "worm push-ups) as much as possible. Felt pretty okay. Some random baller walked by after round 2 and goes "You are a BEAST...you are just...a BEAST." So weird.
Then Lisa tried to kill me in spin class. Awesome.
I got to CHS a little before 10 p.m. due to the girls' subdistrict game tonight and left a little before 11 p.m. When I arrived, I definitely did not want to be lifting - glad I stayed.
Weird about the bloody nose. Lori N. got one during the group push-ups. A BAD one, IMO. Freaked me out (as I'm sure you can imagine what with there being blood and all). Anyway...weird.
