This was the original metcon for today:

10 Down-backs

Run 1 down-back every 45 seconds. Each down-back is an all-out sprint, so the focus is on maximal acceleration, deceleration, planting the foot and reversing direction, and accelerating to top speed again.

I've never tried strict pull-ups, so this was cool. Sounds like I might be kipping a bit at the top, so I'll keep practicing these.

Yes, I did 65# for SDHP.

At 5:15 (about 3 hours post-first workout) I did this:
2 x 12 min intervals on trainer, rest 2:00 between.

4.43 miles
2:00 rest
4.47 miles
