It turns out that gaining 20 pounds (and not working much on strict pull-ups) makes this exercise a bit more difficult than it used to be. Funny that.
Metcon (used 2 35# DBs)

Different lifting, same metcon.
Snatch:
125-1
125-3
125-2
125-3
125-2
It took me until the last set to find something that felt and looked like a proper snatch.

Kathy and I did kipping pull-ups instead of strict.
Round 1 - 15 (NEW PR/GOAL REACHED!)
Round 2 - 12 (Still beats old PR)
Round 3 - 10 (Ties old PR)
3 minutes for a break went FAST.
Metcon - I cannot jump 6' apparently. =) I probably averaged about 5.25' which is annoying but...there it is. I used 1 pood b/c 1.5 was buggin my back.

About 2 hours before this, I'd done a bike trainer workout of:
1:30 best possible pace, 1:30 easy for six rounds. My computer thinger isn't working right yet, so I have no idea how far I went. I DID know the dumb TIME IT WAS the whole time, so gee, thanks for that little computer thinger! sigh...
Pull-ups went-

My Time on the Metcon was i believe 9:34. I used one pood because I get scared when i hold the one and half pood over my head. Everything else was as prescribed....A note to Kiley, playing volleyball after that and kickboxing was really hard. Basic movement was a struggle.
This sounds similar to what my friend Adam and I joked about in high school after lifting - "We'll take on anybody . . . just give us a day to recover first."
