Bike trainer this morning. Workout was:
Ride 5:00 best possible pace, off for 2:30
Ride 6:00 bpp, off 3:00
Ride 7:00 bpp, done.
My computer isn't working right so I'm not sure of distance. But my legs are fried and I'm drenched so...I'm calling it a good workout. =)
Planning on CF over lunch. Probably deadlift and double unders. Woot!
