Becky and I did this:

10 minute EMOM:
5 Front Squats, 65#

Rest 3 minutes

50 Continuous Double-unders
I maxed at 38. I also was basically peeing my pants as I jumped after a few minutes, so I stopped. Epic fail. Epic funny.

Oh, and my run for the day was:
6 x 400m best pace possible, rest 2:00 between each. Supposed to keep it w/i :03 of fastest time. 1% incline on treadmill. My splits were:

1:45
I would like to do more running outside. However, I'm a wimp about running on ice, and since it snows here about...oh...every FREAKIN DAY, I am not yet running outside. Sigh.
