Oh, and my run for the day was: 6 x 400m best pace possible, rest 2:00 between each. Supposed to keep it w/i :03 of fastest time. 1% incline on treadmill. My splits were: 2:01 1:57 1:48 1:47 1:47 1:45 I would like to do more running outside. However, I'm a wimp about running on ice, and since it snows here about...oh...every FREAKIN DAY, I am not yet running outside. Sigh.

I maxed at 38. I also was basically peeing my pants as I jumped after a few minutes, so I stopped. Epic fail. Epic funny.
