CF at the gym today: 7 rounds for time of: 7 continuous Hand Stand Push-ups (down to a boingy thing and one 5# plate) 7 continuous Hang Power Cleans (increased weight between each set by 5#) Started at 55#
Took some time to add the weight each time...took some time to get the blood back to my head between each round, too. No chalk. No bumper plates...Not ideal. B-ball game going on like, 3 feet away...sigh...but it's done. Round 1: :58 Round 2: 1:26 Round 3: 1:41 Round 4: 1:40 Round 5: 1:44 Round 6: 1:52 Round 7: 2:14 Total 11: 30ish (I deleted my actual time before I totaled it sigh...)
Arms felt pretty decent. Snatch technique was not good overall, but I feel like I made some progress. Chris - thanks for the tip on the layback. I think I still need more, but it's better.

Swim after work.
These were swim sprints, with rest in between. Rest the same time as the sprint took.
Swim 50 yards, rest.
Swim 100 yards, rest.
Swim 200 yards, rest.
