Thank you for clarifying. I did wonder how I missed THAT today...

I felt unwell. Not sure how much that affected my performance but...there it is.

Also...tried a kipping HSPU today. Much hilarity ensued. =)

So, I started with my head on a mat, and kicked up to a HEADstand, feet against the wall. Brought my knees down, then kicked them up real hard. I did NOT, however, push with my arms at all. ahem. So, what I ended up doing was basically a head bounce. Which I do not recommend. =)

After a few minutes of resting my neck, I tried again and this time pushed with my arms at the same time (I'm a quick learner, what can I say? =) and I didn't get the push-up, but I stayed in the air longer and did NOT break my neck. "Both good, both favorites." =)

I'll get them.
