Did 10 total minutes on the rower. 4:00, 4:00, 2:00. Ran across Bruce and asked for some pointers, got none. Sigh.
Spin. Great except for the cookie dough/whipped cream staging a revolt in my tummy. Short break for that. =) Then the rest of spin was good, but I was nervous.
