So...I ran this on a treadmill at 1% incline. And wow...I need to be running a bit more!!!

Really. For 3 miles. I WAS planning to swim after but since my stomach was all up in arms, I just went home. So frustrating.

Not surprising given the weight gain (and lack of running), but man, I definitely look forward to getting this back under 21:00 again. That was some slow running.
