A true push-up is a push-up with both the hands and the feet on parallettes - the chest should go below parallel (i.e., below the level of the top of the parallettes).

For some reason, my arms were hurting badly today - an "inside elbow" type of pain that I've usually only ever gotten from bench press. At any rate, the first set of power cleans at 185 hurt badly, so I dropped it to 175. The pain just kept getting worse, so I stopped cleans for the day. Very frustrating.
Modified the metcon a bit too - ring dips and KTE were out for the same reason.
5 rounds for time of:

15 Box Jumps, 30"
20 Sit-ups

At least the metcon was good.

That was an interesting met con as I never felt too winded...but my muscles were just DYING. I need a break from push-ups, also. They make me cranky lately.
