Then I made up a HORRIBLE met con...b/c I wanted to work on push-ups, and my hands are still a bit torn up from the 100 pull-up day...I did this:
50 Double-unders, 25 push-ups
40 DU's, 20 pu's
30 DU's, 15 pu's
20 DU's, 10 pu's
10 DU's, 5 pu's
Time was 12:15

One of the most frustrating met cons I've done in a LONG time b/c my double unders were HORRIBLE and got worse as the workout continued and my arms became even more fried from the push-ups. Live and learn...
