OK.

1) I realize that I start out whiny and generally suck it up later on. However.....it's January and there's lots of snow on the ground. I don't really want to run outside.

2) I'm all up for a punishing conditioning workout since I'm going to sit on my can in meetings all week long.

3) There is no three. Convincing arguments need three points. I was short one.


I realize filthy 50 is near impossible without the gym. How about:

Regular pull-ups. Wall Balls are definitely worse than DB thrusters, which is what I used the last time I did this WOD.
