Loading for the farmer's walk is 1.5 pood kettlebells for guys and 1 pood kettlebells for girls (1 KB per hand) or, equivalently, 55#/hand for guys and 35#/hand for girls.

445 was really close. Looking at the video, it almost seems dumb that I didn't get it, but I definitely could not finish it.
