20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Squats

The distance I used was somewhere between 400m and 800m.

3/10/09 was the last time I did it, I must have done jumping pull-ups? I dunno...that time was 12:59 I think. Today time was 15:31 or so. The pull-ups were the killer. I did sets of one. GAH. I was at 24 Hour so I could NOT grip the bar. So frustrating.

10 Push-ups (5 boys push-ups, 5 girl push-ups)

I did 6 full rounds + 5 pull-ups + 5 boy push-ups and 3 girl pull-ups

The run was probably a 500m or 600m run. The pull-ups were done on the same "Y-branch" that I used on Tuesday. I miss kipping.
