Deadlift 5 x 5
Using Rut's percentages, based off a theoretical max of 490#. The most I've ever lifted is 475#, but this worked well.

Percents: 55, 62.5, 70, 77.5, 85
270-5
310-5
345-5
380-5
420-5 (pretty sure it's a 5 rep PR)


I didn't have time for the metcon, so I did it the next day (Sunday) instead.

I don't really get it - my deadlift has always far outpaced my back squat. My back squat is getting better though.
