Side started to get more obviously strained as I went, so...I quit.
Metcon:
3 full rounds + all pull-ups and all lunges. I subbed push press for the push-ups.
Side note, I DID do two girl pus-ups in the warm up and didn't cry. It still hurt, but nothing like it has been. Woot!
Afterward, Sarah, Kathy and I did 5 sets of hills (run up, jog down). The hill we did was the one that starts at 144th and Larimore, going up the hill toward Maple street. Sucked. It was great!
Now I'm home and my side hurts but...I'm hoping it's fine by tomorrow.
Also, since I'm already writing a stinkin essay, my hands tore a little more today, which is possibly good. However, I forgot to take the tape off the pull-up bar, so I'll hopefully remember to do that tonight.
