So, my legs are non-functional today. =) I couldn't do a thruster if I had to right now. Soooo...gonna go ahead and take two rest days. =)
Purely by coincidence, I did the same workout today:AMRAP 205-95# thrusters7-95# hang power cleans10-95# SDHP8 rounds + 5 thrusters.That's a PR....and still seemed weak.This wod is my nemesis.
Did this one on Friday 10/02/09.10 roundsWorst . . . SDHPs . . . ever. Back was definitely very tired/sore from Wednesday's deadlifts. Last time I got 10 rounds + 5 thrusters, so I'm ok with this given how often I had to break up the SDHPs.
