I have two matches Thursday night. Only time I can do this is the morning.

I'm considering doing a CFE running WOD Thursday over lunch...but that's probably not an option for any of you.

So, my legs are non-functional today. =) I couldn't do a thruster if I had to right now. Soooo...gonna go ahead and take two rest days. =)

Purely by coincidence, I did the same workout today:

AMRAP 20
5-95# thrusters
7-95# hang power cleans
10-95# SDHP

8 rounds + 5 thrusters.

That's a PR....and still seemed weak.

This wod is my nemesis.

Did this one on Friday 10/02/09.

Worst . . . SDHPs . . . ever. Back was definitely very tired/sore from Wednesday's deadlifts. Last time I got 10 rounds + 5 thrusters, so I'm ok with this given how often I had to break up the SDHPs.
