I think everyone is doing their own thing - I know Chris and Kiley are doing "Linda," and I'll probably be doing some running.

Did CFE WOD #2 (15 min TT), but I have to go out yet and measure that distance - ran the loop at the lake 2+ times.

Then, about 5 minutes after that, I did the following:

4 rounds for time of:
20 KTE
20 Push-ups (knuckles)

Did Linda, then CFE #3 (with Sarah).

Linda: 10,9,8...2,1 reps of
Deadlift (135#)
Bench press (70 #)
Cleans (75#)

Last time I did Linda I used 135, 65, 65 so the weights were more for everything but deadlift. Last time my time was 29:17 so...woot!

CFE run with Sarah was about 40-50 minutes later. NOT long enough recovery time. The first round of 100's turned QUICKLY into zero (literally, zero) rest time. Ow.

BP: 165#
Clean: 140#

Time was better. Weight on DL and Clean was better. Weight on BP was 20# lower than last time. (Did a bunch of pullups, dips, and burpees on Saturday and upper body wasn't having any of the BP action.)
