I'm jealous about Linda. But I probably wouldn't do it anyway (wrist), so have fun.
I switched it up a bit today - when I walked out to the garage (at the lake), I saw a marine battery on the garage floor. Suddenly, weighted pull-ups and dips seemed like more fun. So I went with that idea and cut the reps in half. I was originally going to use the marine battery (essentially the same as a car battery), but placing that in my backpack seemed to be a bad idea - the idea of a swinging container of acid seemed like a bad one.
Instead, I loaded up my backpack with books, a 10# bag of flour, and a 4# bag of sugar. It was about the same weight as the battery - perhaps a few pounds less, but it was tough to tell. I'm guessing somewhere between 25# and 35# pounds - basing this off of feel and what I've read on the internet regarding battery weights.
25-20-15-10-5 reps for time of: Weighted pull-ups Weighted dips
26:16
Ahem . . . after the first set of most rounds, there were lots of doubles and singles. On both movements.

I won't be doing this WOD. Shoulder. But I might do the 15 minute TT.
Sunday Bartels and I are planning on doing Linda ("The Linda workout") Sunday at 1:30 if anyone wants to join us.
