2:30 p.m. Ran 3 miles (kind of the "5k @ 90%" from the CFE WODs - 2 weeks ago). Overall, it felt pretty lousy. After that, did 2-2.5 miles of 1-min-on, 1-min-off - not speed work, just working on keeping a quick cadence.
5:00 p.m. 4 rounds for time of: 400m run 50 squats
11:10 . . . with Sarah on my tail the whole time. Argh.
