Okay, watch that video w/o sound. So funny! I have no idea (yet) what Greg was saying when Becky was lifting, but his gestures are AWESOME w/o sound. =) Also, GAH MY SHORTS WERE FALLING UP A BIT on the ball throws!
Kind of a crazy day as far as working out is concerned. Did the Tabata Run this morning (posted that result on the CFE post).
At least until my wrist heals up, I'm tentatively planning on following Mike Burgener's WODs (www.mikesgym.org) and just subtracting out anything that would cause trouble. I will still do the usual 3-on-1-off, so I won't be strictly following his WODs, but hopefully it'll be close. I wanted to experiement with it today - hence the 3-a-day that happened. So, at 5:15 p.m. today, I did: Back Squat, 80% x 3 x 10 (255#) Front Squat, 70% x 3 x 3 (210#)
Then, this evening at about 8:45, I did: 5 rounds for time of: Lunge 50 ft, 45# plate overhead 21 Slapping Push-ups
Slapping Push-ups were thumpers (on knuckles due to wrist) . . . and they killed me. 13:26

Also, we're doing spin/tabata in the morning, right?
Yep - I wasn't going to post it, but I was thinking the good ol' 5:00 start time (as much for getting a bike as anything else).
Becky's very excited about it.
Oh, I can just IMAGINE her euphoria! =)

3-170 (any rep PR)
I was all proud of the PRs. If I were younger and cooler and understood these things, I might even give that a "woot".
After that I did:
2:00 Double unders
2:00 situps
1:30 Double unders

1:00 Double unders
1:00 situps
0:30 Double unders

Normally it's "Pride goeth before the fall".
In my case it was "Pride goeth before I whippeth my ankles a thousand times with this stupid jumprope."
