Rest several minutes.
10 Down-backs
Run 1 down-back every 45 seconds. Each down-back is an all-out sprint, so the focus is on maximal acceleration, deceleration, planting the foot and reversing direction, and accelerating to top speed again.

Since 195 is my current bodyweight (I'm lame enough that I took a picture of the scale today), I just tried to see how many reps I could get at that weight. This quest ended pretty quickly - I failed on rep 4. However, I was pretty excited to get 3 reps. Hoping for that 15 rep BW OHS someday.
