Shoulder Press, 5 x 5: 115-5 125-5 135-5 140-5 (5 rep PR) On that last rep, something twinged in my neck, so I was done with shoulder press for the day. This seems to happen about once every few years - I suspect all the shrugging and jerking from yesterday's seminar may have made me a bit more susceptible to it.
No shoulder press due to a lack of facilities. BUT....
I did 1/2 Cindy!! It was hilarious. The only place I knew of pull-up bars was down by the lake...on the main drag. I do love working out in public, you all know! The pull-up bars were SUPER high, so I brought a bucket, which continually got knocked over. SO...
6 full rounds plus 5 pull ups and 10 push ups. Pretty sure I could have gotten 7 full rounds had I not had to continually place the bucket in an upright position :)
