Nothing special about that video - it was just a fun WOD, and it was short enough that I could record the whole thing (and could leave the camera in one place).

The rest periods don't make for great viewing, but I was too lazy to edit them out.

Bench press:
70 - 80 - 90 - 95X1 (ties PR) - 100f - 100f

Pull ups started as kipping but hands hurt so bad it was taking forever so after 5 kipping I grabbed at mat and did jumping. Bah. 18" box. 8:23
