"Tabata Deadlift"
20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest - this is repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. Your score today will be the total number of reps in the 8 sets, not your lowest round (which is how we often score Tabata invervals).

Tired - and it showed. Should have backed off today and gone lighter. Ah well - that's why there's always tomorrow.

I didn't do the cleans as my "quat" is sore. I worked on pull ups and ring dips. Set PR's on both. Did 4 kipping pull ups consecutively. Got better depth than previous attempts on the ring dips. Woot.
