For the deadlift, choose a challenging weight. One guideline is to use the "Diane" weights (225#/155#).

I was happy that I didn't have to break up the deadlifts - wasn't sure how that would work out.

Burpees were "as intended" for the first time in a wod. Both shoulders did not complain. Very happy about that.
