Time: Morning
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
We've got some pictures of this one - Nate, Kris, Michelle, and I all did it.

Wouldn't you like to know? Actually, the garage has a number of exposed beams, so we were able to have all four of us going at once. I have some pictures on my dad's camera - I wonder if I can post them to this blog . . .

Also Cara and I swam today then biked. She had a new distance PR (I want to say she did 1300 m? in sets of 100m with rest between each 100) and I did 10 X 200m. Then we rode for 33 minutes at HER pace and she kills me on the bike. =) Twas good. Tomorrow, we rest. =)
