17.37 in 1:05 and change, which is about 16 mph, which is good for early in the season!
Got home, changed to running shorts and shoes, left for run to Maple and back.

2ish miles (a wee bit under) in 16:13. Mileish 1: 8:06

Attempting to work on the pull off the ground since that's where I'm stuck. Put 25s on the bar which made it about 2" lower than normal. I'm pretty sure this will work. Felt like I got punched in the gut after the workset.
