I was a pansy on the third set. I decided not to be one of those on the 4th set. 3 x 5 PR. 5 rep PR too, so that's rather nice all in all.

Everything was unbroken, but there was also some standing around when switching movements. That'll get better. In other news, 35 DL at 315# in 5 or so minutes turns out to be a good chunk of work after PP, FS, and KTE . . . and not much conditioning recently . . . and no heavy deadlifting recently. My hamstrings are tight today (Wed) - not terrible, but tight (a little in the back too). I'm planning to work some of that out this evening in the hopes that it won't interfere with tomorrow's lifting.
