Extremely long workout. Total time was 58:57, of that 18 minutes were rest. That's a LOT of swim time. It it interesting to me how much slower my second 4 and 2 were...which I think helps me buy into the whole "sprint to go faster" thing...

Oh yah, and the swim was at 24 hour, so meter pool.
