Major sadness. Was at Urban, so couldn't use 2.5 increase, had to go up 5#. Got one rep, so switched to Push-Press. Here's how it ended up.

Did this wod, but w/o ability to track distance.

Biked 5 minutes, rested 2:30.
Biked 6 minutes, rested 3:00.
Bike 7 minutes.

Brutal.
