Swam 4 x 200y, resting :90 between each. Yoinked my neck really bad in the WARM UP and so stopped after 4, but I had wanted to do 6. But since I still can't look up or to my left, it was probably good to stop. Sigh. Oh, and I did all flip turns but one.
I moved my schedule around a bit this week - didn't want to lift on Thursday due to the state tournament (and early a.m. Testify class).
I deadlifted on Monday - this was the day after squatting, and I modified my training about a month ago to not do that anymore (thus the Sun, Tue, Thur days for lifting), but it worked ok this week.
