Since I swam this at 24 Hour, it was meters and therefore a little longer than at Urban. That's why I lengthened the time by :10 on each of the first two sets. It was still VERY challenging.

Time on the 500m was 9:07

Conflicted: Due to rearranging my deadlift schedule (Tue to Wed), I didn't want to squat today (the day after power snatching and setting a deadlift PR), but I also didn't want to squat on Friday - I wanted to do other stuff on Friday. Thus I squatted today. No PR, but I got more than 5 on the last set, so on a tired back, we'll call it good.
