Bah. On the upside, 167.5 x 5 is a 5 rep PR. On the downside, it's time to reset (which could be an upside too, I suppose).

Back Squat
435-5
435-5
435-1

Actually, on the last set, I originally got zero (admittedly, the 1st and 2nd sets were very rough, but still, it was a pansy moment). This . . . was annoying. I cleared the weight, put the weight back on the bar, and struggled through one very slow rep. Then I racked it.

All in all, it was some rough squatting - back rounding, etc. No worries though, it's just time for a reset, and 435 x 5 is a 2, 3, 4, and 5 rep PR.

So, I set some PRs, and it's time to reset. The resets were coming, so no biggie there (although the press was something of a disappointment) - the only true (but minor) downside is that I have to go back below 4 plates again. Bah. Next time, this will not happen. So say I.

3 rounds
Swim 25M
Rest same time as swim
Swim 50M
Rest same time as swim
Swim 100M
Rest same time as swim

No idea what my time was.
I do know that the 100M lengths were not continuous, but the times did get better with each round. 3:25 3:19 3:09
