I'm not sure what my distance was exactly, but by mapping it online it appears it was 3.07 miles or so. I ran out for 13:00, then back in 14:18, for a total time of 27:18.
I started at Westroads Club, in the back of the club. Ran up and out of there, headed north to Blondo, then west to 108th. This is where it got tricky...I just ran to the bottom of the hill then about 1/3 of the way up it, then I turned around. Not at a great spot or anything. Then ran back.
It was majorly windy, so I was worried my time back would be way longer, but it wasn't too bad.

Reset. 420 was a 2, 3, 4, and 5 rep PR (1 rep PR is 425.5), so this was still a good day in the whole scheme of things - a not so great day in the "I have to reset" scheme of things.
