Depending on the arm situation, I might do the power snatch and KB step-up metcon from last Friday.

O...M...G. This was a very though WOD. My total time was 50:19. I bear crawled a b-ball court down and back between each round. I doubt that's 50m, but it was my best guess.

I haven't sweat that much in quite some time.

Round 1: 9:32

Almost forgot - Kiley, 50m is a bball down-back with an additional tile at one end, so you pretty much had it perfect.
