Time for a reset. On the plus side, I pressed 165 a total of 12 times. Prior to today, I had never done that even once. Win.

Back Squat
395-5
395-5
295-6

This was the weight I would have squatted next had I not tweaked my knee. That day, I went down with 395 for the first rep . . . and just set it down on the crash bars. Good day today.

Neck

Bah. Typo. That last set was 395 (like all the rest), not 295.

Both of the last two singles are PRs. Why now?
Could be a subtle change in my programming. Could be that I buckled my belt one notch tighter.

If I were young and cool, this might be where I'd say, "Woot"....and stuff.

For Time:

Shaved :30 off the time from last time. Again with the wooting.

I think there's some other potential factors to consider, Chris.

Were you listening to Britney Spears? Were you wearing a special hat? Wearing sunglasses? These are all things that have worked for me, so let's not be so quick to rule them out and attribute the PRs to something petty like programming or belt use.

I'm just saying you should really think things through.

Also, when are you coming back man? We gots some meets to do. Woot and stuff.
